TCG Inventory turns the sales and buys your team posts in Telegram into a stock count. This page explains what that involves for your data.
What we store
- Telegram messages that look like transactions, such as $250 out Pikachu SAR. We keep the line, the card, amount and quantity we read from it, and when it was posted. Other chat in your group is ignored and never stored.
- The sender's name and Telegram user ID, so you can see who logged each entry, and the name of each group you link.
- Your email address, to sign you in. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name on your Google account.
- Your shop settings, such as currency, timezone and card aliases.
When the bot can't read a line by itself, it sends that line to Anthropic, an AI provider, to interpret. Anthropic does not use it to train its models. We keep the result for up to 30 days so the same line isn't sent twice.
We set two cookies: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers light or dark mode. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
Where it's kept
Your data is stored in a Supabase database in Singapore. The dashboard and bot run on Vercel and Railway, which handle it only to run the service.
Who can see it
You, when signed in. Each shop's data is walled off from every other shop. The daily summary link shows that day's totals and card names, without sender names, to anyone you share it with.
We don't sell it
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. It goes only to the providers named above, or to authorities if the law requires it.
Deleting your data
Email support@tcginventory.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your shop. We remove your account, transactions, stock and settings, and confirm by email when it's done. To stop collecting new messages right away, remove @tcginventorybot from your group.
