The service

TCG Inventory reads sale and purchase lines posted in your Telegram group, logs them, keeps a running stock count and posts a daily summary. It is provided as delivered: what you see when you sign up is what you get. We may improve it over time, and we'll tell you before removing anything you rely on.

Provided as-is

We provide the service as-is. The bot reads most lines correctly, but we don't guarantee every line is parsed correctly. Treat the dashboard as a record to check, not a substitute for your own books.

30-day tuning guarantee

Every shop writes differently. For your first 30 days, if the bot misreads how your team posts, tell us and we'll tune it to your style (new direction words, card shorthand, formats) at no extra cost.

Your part

• Only add the bot to groups you run, and let your members know it logs transactions.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone who can open it can sign in as you.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Things outside our control

The service depends on Telegram and on our hosting providers. If any of them has an outage, messages may be logged late or missed, and the dashboard may be unavailable. We'll fix what we can as fast as we can, but we aren't responsible for losses caused by outages we don't control.

Limit of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime by emailing support@tcginventory.app. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we won't charge you again. Export your transactions as CSV first if you want a copy; we can delete everything else on request (see Privacy).

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore handle any dispute.
